To provide a formal structure and ensure the long-term sustainability of the Vishwa Nishane Par Hai © Climate Crisis Awareness Campaign, the VNPH Foundation was established as its official institutional arm. This marks a significant transition in the campaign’s journey—from a heartfelt poetic initiative to a globally recognized, community-driven movement for climate consciousness.

The foundation was instituted under the leadership of Mr. Piyuush Kumaar, the climate-conscious CEO of Cosmien Tech Pvt Ltd, who was deeply inspired by the campaign’s unique, emotionally resonant approach to climate action. Recognizing the need for an organized framework to support its ever-growing impact, he formally adopted the campaign and established the VNPH Foundation to serve as its enabling platform for outreach, partnerships, and scalability.

Functioning as a not-for-profit entity, the VNPH Foundation operates with a commitment to minimal monetary transactions, reflecting the campaign’s original ethos of sincerity, creativity, and voluntary engagement. Its core purpose is to empower individuals, communities, and institutions to take proactive climate-positive actions—driven not by compulsion, but by personal conviction and collective storytelling.

The VNPH Foundation also serves as the authorized entity designated by campaign founder Dr. Nikhil Kant to manage, protect, and represent all copyrights and intellectual property rights associated with the Vishwa Nishane Par Hai © Campaign, including its name, logo, mascot, literary works, anthem, and other creative assets. This ensures that the campaign’s integrity, vision, and creative legacy remain preserved and respected across all mediums and platforms.

As the CSR arm of Wizzsharks Consulting, the foundation channels institutional goodwill into meaningful, inclusive climate action. It also supports and authorizes independently organized VNPH events, builds global collaborations, and fosters a culture of responsible environmental citizenship.
