Vishwa Nishane Par Hai
“Vishwa Nishane Par Hai” (VNPH)—translating to “Planet Is On Target”—is a people-led climate crisis awareness campaign that believes climate action must begin with emotional connection and personal initiative.
This campaign was founded on World Earth Day, April 22, 2004 by © Dr. Nikhil Kant – Climate Practitioner & Poetic Climatologist.
The campaign challenges the notion that climate solutions lie only with governments or institutions. Instead, it empowers individuals to act—voluntarily and proactively—starting with what they already do: plant trees, reduce waste, conserve water, cycle, and more.
At its core, the campaign shifts the narrative from “You should do this” to “I already do this”, promoting climate-positive behavior through storytelling, poetry, and music. Dr. Kant’s Hindi poetry series titled “Vishwa Nishane Par Hai” forms the emotional backbone of the initiative, blending art and environmentalism in a unique model called Poetic Climatology.
Without preaching or protesting, this silent yet powerful movement has built a global community of students, teachers, artists, homemakers, and professionals—everyday climate practitioners bound not by perfection but participation. Its signature 45-day global activity series runs every year from April 22 (Earth Day) to June 5 (World Environment Day), culminating in a soulful celebration.
It received huge support when "Cosmien Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd" adopted it through its climate conscious CEO Mr. Piyuush Kumaar, and also when Mr. Ajitav Sinha (Partner, Auronova Consulting) got associated with the campaign as Overseas Coordinator of the Campaign.
Co-led by Dr. Anjali (Convener & Director, VNPH Foundation), the campaign continues to grow—entirely driven by voluntary action and free of financial transactions. Now, having completed more than two decades of heartfelt climate service, it seeks to engage more like-minded individuals and institutions, to scale its reach and deepen its impact, voluntarily.
